Part 1: Kanban System Design (KSD), is a two-day training course for those designing and implementing Kanban in their organization. This course, combined with Course 3652, qualifies for the Kanban Management Professional (KMP) Certificate.
Part 2: Kanban Management Professional Training (KMP-II Certification), is a two-day training course that deepens the skills used in managing the rollout and operation of Kanban systems in a multi-teamed enterprise.
