If you don’t have experience with Lean Six Sigma or haven’t used DMAIC before, we recommend taking the Yellow Belt, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification Preparation, or Green Belt, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification Preparation, first. This will help you better understand the material in this Black Belt course.
It is recommended that participants have Lean Six Sigma project experience before enrolling in the Black Belt course. While not required, this background will enhance understanding and support effective application of advanced concepts.
